The Exchange is an agency of DoD, and its mission is to provide retail goods and services to US military personnel wherever they are stationed. SniperHill pays fees to the Exchange that are returned back to the US military at US/NATO bases hrough a variety of programs designed to improve quality of life, morale and welfare. 70% of Exchange earnings are returned to fund these positive programs (more than $2.4 billion over the past ten years).
